Find your representative
Look for a Blue Mirage sign with your name at the arrivals exit. Our agent will be waiting for you.
Document check (2 minutes)
Show your driving licence, passport, and booking confirmation. Quick and simple — no long counter queues.
Inspect and take the car
Walk to the car together, do a quick damage check, sign the rental agreement, and drive away.
Head to your hotel
The city centre is 15 minutes away. GPS is available on request.
Flight Delay Policy
No charge for flight delays
Blue Mirage tracks all incoming flights in real time. If your flight is delayed, we automatically adjust. Your car is held at no extra charge for the duration of the delay.
- Delays up to 12 hours: car held, no charge
- Delays over 12 hours: we contact you via WhatsApp to reschedule
- Cancellations: full refund per Blue Mirage cancellation policy

Arrival Procedures at RAK
EU/UK/US citizens: Present passport at border control. Morocco e-visa not required. Entry is stamped. Process takes 5–15 minutes for most flights.
Baggage claim: RAK has 1 terminal. Baggage carousels are clearly labelled by flight number.
Currency exchange: ATMs (Banque Populaire, BMCE) and exchange offices are available in the arrivals hall. Rates at airport are slightly worse than city centre — change a small amount to get to your car.
SIM cards: Orange and Maroc Telecom kiosks sell prepaid SIMs in arrivals. Recommended for navigation and WhatsApp on the road.
